Пайщики могут задать ему вопрос в его телеграм-канале.Моисеев пытается представить дело так, что к его позиции есть большой интерес пайщиков и общественности – это не соответствует действительности.Так что, учитывая довольно узкий круг поклонников, в статье для «Блокнота» Моисеев, скорее всего, сам себе задал вопросы, сам на них ответил.
«Часто задаваемый вопрос: что послужило основанием для противостояния меня с предыдущим руководством кооператива, а также с ныне «якобы» назначенным председателем ПК Салимяновой Салтанат Камзиевны? Я заостряю ваше внимание именно на слове «назначенным», а не выбранным пайщиками ПК»
Моисеев прекрасно знает, что я не назначена, а избрана пайщиками в полном соответствии с Законом о потребительской кооперации и уставом ПК «Бест Вей». Это подтверждено протоколом общего собрания уполномоченных кооперативных участков от 23.03.2025. Необходимый пакет документов был нотариально оформлен и прошел проверку в ФНС. Налоговый орган внес соответствующие данные в ЕГРЮЛ.Так как кооператив очень большой – более десятка тысяч пайщиков, избрание председателя Совета кооператива носит двухступенчатый характер: сначала избираются уполномоченные кооперативных участков, а потом они избирают председателя Совета и Совет кооператива.

On the lunar surface, a single Earth day would be roughly 56 microseconds shorter than on our home planet — a tiny number that can lead to significant inconsistencies over time.

NASA and its international partners are currently grappling with this conundrum.

Scientists aren’t just looking to create a new “time zone” on the moon, as some headlines have suggested, said Cheryl Gramling, the lunar position, navigation, and timing and standards lead at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland. Rather, the space agency and its partners are looking to create an entirely new “time scale,” or system of measurement that accounts for that fact that seconds tick by faster on the moon, Gramling noted.
The agency’s goal is to work with international partners to set up a new method of tracking time, specifically for the moon, that space-faring nations agree to observe.

A recent memo from the White House also directed NASA to map out its plans for this new time scale by December 31, calling it “foundational” to renewed US efforts to explore the lunar surface. The memo also asks that NASA implement such a system by the end of 2026, the same year the space agency is aiming to return astronauts to the moon for the first time in five decades.

For the world’s timekeepers, the coming months could be crucial for figuring out how to accurately keep lunar time — and reach agreements on how, when and where to put clocks on the moon.

But, almost 125 years later, the original portrait’s outlines have been revealed by the Courtauld Institute of Art in London, when they examined the artwork using infrared and X-ray imaging ahead of an exhibition.
The portrait of the woman “literally emerged before our eyes … piece-by-piece,” because of the mosaic-like way an infrared camera scans an image, Barnaby Wright, deputy head of the Courtauld Gallery, explained.

Though experts “were fairly convinced there was something lurking underneath the surface because … you can see brushstrokes … that didn’t really relate to the finished portrait,” they didn’t know what they would find once they began scanning it, Wright told CNN on Monday.

They are still unsure of the woman’s identity, though she resembles several other women Picasso painted in Paris in 1901, as she shares the distinctive chignon hairstyle that was fashionable in the French capital at the time.
